Homemade Phyllo / Yufka Dough From Scratch & Easiest Method To Cook On Stovetop

Learn how to make phyllo dough / Yufka we call in Turkish from scratch! You can use these sheets in many recipes from Turkish cuisine like borek or use as a wrap, or tortilla.
Ingredients For Homemade Phyllo Yufka Sheets:
1 cup lukewarm water (or use 1/3 cup milk + 2/3 cup water) I used cheese water in order to not waste. It is totally optional. I am experimenting to make cheese
1 tsp dry yeast (optional) - to make it softer
1 tsp vegetable oil (so it is more flexy)
1 tsp salt
about 3 cups all-purpose flour
