Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Cherries 600 gms-Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs-Lemon zest 1 tsp Directions:-Cherries ko dho ker pat dry ker lein aur seeds nikal lein.-Blender jar mein cherries ki half quantity dal dein aur blend ker ka puree tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Baqi bache hoye cherries ko chunks mein chop ker lein.-Heavy botton karhai mein cherries chunks,tayyar puree,cheeni aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein (approx. 10 minutes). -Lemon zest dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 15 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein & ice cold plate technique method sa check ker lein.-Sterilized jar mein cherry jam ko dal dein.-Thanda ker lein (yields 250 gms).-1 month tak refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.
