Ingredients:
4 Cinnamon sticks
1 tsp Cumin
5-6 Cardamoms
5-6 Cloves
2 Mace
4 tsp Coriander powder
1 Star Anise
2 tsp Fennel
3 Bay leaves
1 Black Cardamom
2 tsp Black Starflower
1 tbsp Pepper
5 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder

Method:
-- Dry roast all the spices.
-- Put the roasted spices in a Blender.
-- Add Coriander powder and Red Chilli powder.
-- Grind to a smooth powder.
-- Biryani Masala is ready.
-- Store in airtight containers and use whenever required.
