Ingredients:-
Caster sugar: 1/2 cup
Packed brown sugar: 1/2 cup
All-purpose flour: 3 tablespoons
Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
Ground ginger: 1/4 teaspoon
Ground nutmeg: 1/4 teaspoon
6 to 7 Apples sliced
lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
Good day Chunkies: 15
Butter: 1/4 cup
Whipped cream: 1 cup

Method of Preparation
- In a bowl, add crushed biscuits and melted butter mix well then add it to the pie mould spread it properly and keep in the fridge for 10 mins.
- Cut the apple into slices and scoop out the center.
- In a large bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Add all the spices and toss it to coat.
- Then put the filling in the pie crust and bake for 20-25 mins. After it’s cooled.
- Top it with some whipped cream and dust with some cinnamon powder.
