Sujan Fun Kitchen is ready with Diwali recipes! Make yummy Coconut Burfi easily in your kitchen, in a simple way.
Ingredients:

Grated coconut - 1 cup

Sugar - 1 cup

Ghee - 6/7 tsps

Method:

In a thick-skinned pan, add 1 cup of sugar and ½ cup of water

Keep cooking till 2 string consistency, or till large bubbles form in the syrup

Add the 1 cup of grated coconut

Keep cooking, adding few tsps of ghee, now and then

When the sweet is non-sticky, transfer to a greased plate

When lukewarm, cut into desired shapes
