Finally a Healthy Pesto Chicken Pasta recipe for you. #HealthyCookingToYou #FoodFusion Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/342QcO2Healthy Pesto Chicken PastaServes 2-3Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Boneless chicken cubes 250g-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) tbs-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Italian seasoning tsp-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tsp-Olive oil 1 tspPrepare Homemade Pesto:-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs-Lehsan (Garlic) 2-3 cloves -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) leaves Cup-Fresh basil leaves Cup-Namak (Salt) 1-2 pinch-Lemon juice tbs-Olive oil 1 tbs-Water 2 tbs or as required-Instant oats 2-3 tbs-Makhan (Butter) 1-2 tbs-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs -Yakhni (Chicken stock) low sodium 1 Cup or as required -Doodh (Milk) low fat 1 Cup-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Dried basil leaves 1 tsp-Prepared homemade pesto 3 tbs-Whole wheat pasta 150g (boiled as per packs instruction) -Parmesan cheese 2 tbs-Parmesan cheese-Fresh basil leaves chopped Directions:-In a bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,ginger garlic paste,salt,Italian seasoning,black pepper powder & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.-In a wok,add olive oil,marinated chicken & mix well until it changes color and cook until done (6-8 minutes) & set aside.
