Learn how to cook popular Indian flatbread palak aur gajar ka paratha with this super easy and simple recipe video. You can make these parathas/flatbreads in various ways with different types of stuffing like - potato, cauliflower, carrot, paneer, spinach, methi, beetroot etc. Also you can spice them up the way you want. For a healthier option I have used virgin olive oil to roast the parathas, but you can use ghee/butter/oil anything of your choice. Serve them hot with curd, pickle, butter or lassi (yogurt smoothie).

Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups chopped spinach
1/2 cup grated carrot
3 green chillies chopped
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp yogurt
water as required

For Roasting - ghee/butter/vegetable oil/olive oil
