Quick Soymilk Stew 1 cup soymilk or unsweetened your choice of milk2 tsp Yondu (you can substitute with vegetable or chicken bouillon or hondashi)Handful mushroomsHandful broccoliHandful green onion1 tbsp white miso (I used 1 tsp very-salty-doenjang, korean soybean paste) Black pepper Combine milk, yondu, mushrooms & broccoli in a small pot and bring to a soft boil over medium heat.
