Healthy Egg Muffins | Easy Breakfast Recipe | Kanak's Kitchen

Chef Kanak brings to you an amazing egg muffins recipe which are easy, healthy, and incredibly delicious. Not to mention cute! Make them for a brunch party or enjoy them as an easy on-the-go breakfast.

Ingredients :

4 Eggs
1 tbsp butter
1 medium onion chopped
1 small capsicum chopped
3 tbsp boiled corns
1/4 cup spinach leaves chopped fine
4 tbsp tomato chopped
salt to taste
pepper to season
1/2 tsp thyme / mixed herb seasoning
1/2 tsp red chilly flakes
2 - 3 tbsp milk
1/4 cup cheese grated
some fresh cilatro
