Pia Colada Oatmeal Porridge
0.5 cup (1.5 dl) oats
1 cup (~3 dl) coconut milk
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 tsp blackstrap molasses (optional, swap for other sweetener like date or maple syrup if you would like)
Pineapple (I used ~ 1/4 medium one)
Shredded coconut
Optional other fruit for topping (I used kiwi)

Chocolate Banana Milkshake
1 ripe banana (frozen or fresh)
2 tsp cacao powder
1 tbsp almond butter
1/3 cup oats
Almond milk until desired consistency/thickness ( used about 1 cup)

Avocado Toast
Avocado
Toast
Lemon
Spring onion
Chili flakes (or paprika powder or black pepper)

Smoothie Bowl/Acai Bowl/Nice Cream
Frozen banana
A splash of any plant based milk of your choice (add as you go, dont add too much as you dont want it too liquid-y)
Other fruit and berries of your choice (I used frozen blueberries and pineapple)
Acai powder or frozen acai (optional)
Suggested toppings: kiwi, pineapple, strawberries, granola, shredded coconut, nuts, buckinis, other berries, oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds.
