RECIPES
Gingerbread Pancakes
60g/0.5 cup oats
75g/0.5 cup gluten free flour/chickpea flour
1 ripe banana
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup water

Top with coconut yogurt and strawberries or your favourite toppings

Peppermint Nice cream
2 frozen bananas
8-10 tbsp coconut milk (frozen in an ice cube tray)
Peppermint drops to taste
