These Chinese cakes are delicious, healthy, and easy to make!INGREDIENTS:- 1/2 chinese yam (nagaimo root)- 1 sweet potato- 1 tbsp. crofter's blueberry jam- 1 tbsp. ground black sesame seed- 1 tbsp. rice flour- 1 tbsp. glutinous rice flour- 1 tsp. olive oilDIRECTIONS:1. roast yam & sweet potato in oven at 400 F for 1 hour (make sure they're softened)2. peel them and mash3. add in jam to the yam and mix well4. add in ground sesame to the sweet potato and mix well5. add 1/2 tbsp. rice flour and 1/2 tbsp. glutinous rice flour to the yam, and then the sweet potato6. pour onto baking sheet and bake at 300 F for 10 minutes or until the mixture is a bit drier7. coat moon cake mold in thin layer of olive oil. form the mixture into a ball and put it in mold accordingly.8. serve and enjoy!__________________________THANKS FOR WATCHING!__________________________For business inquiries:
