Ingredients for chicken thighs in one-pot in the oven with bulgur/rice:
2 chicken thighs with drumstick or 4-6 chicken thighs (use as much as you'll serve)
2 medium size onion
4-5 cloves of garlic
1 cup green peas
2 green peppers
1 red capia or bell pepper
2 cups bulgur or rice (if you use rice omit peppers, use small dices carrots)
1 tbsp tomato paste
4-6 tbsp olive oil
2-3 tbsp butter
salt, black pepper to taste
3+1/2 cup hot water or chicken broth
to brush chicken skin:
1 heaped tsp each yogurt, tomato paste, vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
