INGREDIENTS FOR HEALTHIER COOKIE FRUIT PIZZA

FOR THE CRUST:

1 1/2 cup White flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cream
1 tsp vanilla

FOR THE FROSTING:

1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 tablespoons milk or cream

FOR THE TOPPING:

Kiwi, sliced
Dragon fruit
Green / Red apple
8-10 cherries

Note : You can take any fruits of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS

FOR THE CRUST:

*In a small bowl, mix together the flour, salt and baking soda and baking powder Set aside
*In the bowl whisk, cream, butter, sugar and vanilla, stir until combined.
*Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
*Use your hands to form a dough. Wrap in cling wrap and put in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
*Preheat oven to 200 dgr,
* Take the dough out of the refrigerator and let sit for a few minutes before rolling out into a circle. The dough should be about 1/2 inch thick.
*Bake for 15-20 minutes or until just beginning to brown.
*Remove the crust from the oven and let cool completely.

FOR THE FROSTING AND TOPPING:

Put the powdered sugar, cream cheese and vanilla in a grinder, Begin to blend until creamy.
*Frost the crust with the cream cheese frosting.
*Spread a thick layer of cream cheese over the crust
*Top with slices of fruits
*Keep in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
