Have You Cooked Grapes Before?

Ingredients For Grape Juice:
about 1/2 kg preferably dark sweet grapes (use leftover, not good looking grapes)
2 cups water
For the Cheesecake base: (You can use your favorite cheesecake base)
3 tbsp oats
2 tbsp butter (1 heaped)
2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
1-2 tsp molasses
about 8-10 pieces graham cracker
For the cheesecake filling:
2 heaped tbsp cream cheese at room temperature
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp yogurt
2 eggs
vanilla pods or extract
1 heaped tbsp corn or wheat starch
8 small ramekin and paper cups
For the grape sauce
1+1/4 to 1+1/2 cup grape juice
2 heaped tbsp starch
To decorate small grape pieces with stems
