Ingredients for hariyali paneer tikka 250 gms paneer (in cubes)1 big capsicum (bell pepper) dicedRed bell PepperYellow bell Pepper1/2 cup curd1 cup mint leaves1/2 cup coriander leaves4 green chillies5-6 garlic cloves1 inch ginger paste1 tsp red chilli powder1 tsp garam masala powder1/2 tsp cumin powder1 tsp chaat masala powder1/2 tsp lime juiceSalt to tasteProcess to make Hariyali Paneer TikkaGrind the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies ginger and garlic and Lemon juice Make a smooth paste.In a mixing bowl add curd, ground green paste, salt, lime juice, red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala powder, cumin powder and, mix well.Add paneer cubes and diced capsicum, mix well into all the spices.Keep marinated paneer in refrigerator for 1 hour.Pre Heat oven and place the marinated paneer in a baking dish.
