Ingredients for hariyali paneer tikka

250 gms paneer (in cubes)
1 big capsicum (bell pepper) diced
Red bell Pepper
Yellow bell Pepper
1/2 cup curd
1 cup mint leaves
1/2 cup coriander leaves
4 green chillies
5-6 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chaat masala powder
1/2 tsp lime juice
Salt to taste

Process to make Hariyali Paneer Tikka

Grind the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies ginger and garlic and Lemon juice

Make a smooth paste.

In a mixing bowl add curd, ground green paste, salt, lime juice, red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala powder, cumin powder and, mix well.

Add paneer cubes and diced capsicum, mix well into all the spices.

Keep marinated paneer in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Pre Heat oven and place the marinated paneer in a baking dish.

Roast them for 15 mins at 220°

Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve hot with salad, green chutney or tomato sauce.

Tips:

If paneer is hard then keep it in hot water for 20 minutes, paneer will get soft and you can make any recipe with the soft paneer.
Do not over cook the paneer otherwise it will become hard and tastes sour.
