Healthier, tastier and comforting for all!HARIYALI MAKAI PARANTHAIngredients1 cup spinach puree1 cup corn meal (makai ka atta)1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) + for dusting1 tsp cumin seeds1 tsp coriander powder½ tsp turmeric powder1 tsp red chillSalt to taste1 tbsp ghee + for applyingWhite butter to serveMethod1. Take makai ka atta in a large bowl, add whole wheat flour, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, ghee, spinach puree, and knead well. Add ¼ cup water and knead to a soft dough. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.2. Take a portion of the dough and shape it into a ball. Dust the worktop with some whole wheat flour and place the dough ball on it. Roll it into a square parantha. 3. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place the parantha on it and cook for 1-2 minutes, flip and cook for 1-2 minutes. Apply ghee and cook for a few seconds.4.
