1 tbsp Split Black Gram (soaked)
2-3 Green Chillies (chopped)
8-10 Curry Leaves
1 tsp Fresh Turmeric (grated)
2 Dried Red Chillies
tsp Asafoetida
1 Onion (chopped)
1 cup Fresh Green Chickpeas
tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt (as per taste)
1 tsp Sugar
3 tsp Roasted Peanuts (ground)
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Water (as required)
tsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
8-10 Curry Leaves
1 tsp Fresh Turmeric (grated)
1 Onion (chopped)
1 Tomato (chopped)
1 cup Fresh Green Chickpeas
1 tsp Homemade Masala
tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt (as per taste)
tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Water (as required)
2 tsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
10-12 Curry Leaves
1 tsp Fresh Turmeric (grated)
tsp Asafoetida
1 Onion (chopped)
1 cup Fresh Green Chickpeas
1 tsp Pachkalshi Masala
tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt (as per taste)
1 cup Coconut Milk
Water (as required)
2-3 tsp Tamarind Pulp
1 tbsp Jaggery (grated)
1 tbsp Roasted Peanuts (ground)
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
