Baked ham croquettes with potatoes and zucchini. A tasty way to use the ham leftovers from the Holiday’s table ;-)
These croquettes are simply delicious: salty and tasty thanks to the ham and super creamy thanks to the potatoes/zucchini. You can really add any seasonal vegetable you like…the croquettes are so good that your little picky eater will not even notice it!!
