Vampire Kiss Shots Recipe

Ingredients:
Chocolate Syrup
cup fat free milk or water
cup sugar
tsp. Vanilla extract
cup cocoa powder
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Pour the milk into a small sauce pan and add the sugar. Stir to dissolve over medium low heat. Once dissolved, add the cocoa a little at a time and whisk to dissolve. Then add a pinch of salt. Cook this stirring for about 1 to 2 minutes. This mixture should only come to a simmer.

Once done, turn off the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and cool.

Raspberry Puree
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen organic raspberries, thawed
2 Tablespoons of sugar

Directions:
Place the raspberries and sugar into a blender and blend until it becomes a puree, about 20 seconds.

Vampire Shot Recipe
For every shot you make:
1 ounce of Baileys Irish Cream
ounce of vodka
2 tsp. Raspberry puree
Homemade chocolate syrup to drizzle
Ice

Directions:
Fill a 2 ounce shot glass with 2 tsp. Of the raspberry puree. Fill a shaker with ice, the Baileys Irish Cream, and vodka. Place the lid on the shaker and give it the shake shake shake and pour into each shot glass. Drizzle the rim of each shot glass with the homemade chocolate sauce using a spoon.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
