Todays menu is Gyudon(beef rice bowl).
Easy and simple to make dishes are the best when its too hot in summer.
I used thin sliced beef, but you can use any other types of meat.

* Ingredients (Serves 1)
() 150g, 1/2
: 2, 1, 1, 100ml, 1

150g thinly sliced beef, 1/2 onion, 1 egg,
sauce: 2Tbs soy sauce, 1Tbs mirin, 1Tbs rice wine, 100ml water, 1Tbs sugar
Topping(*optional): some green onion, soft boiled egg, pickled ginger

1. Thinly slice onion.

2. In a pan, add all of the sauce ingredients and simmer until sugar is melted.

3. Add onion and beef and cook.

4. Serve on rice and sprinkle green onion on top. Done!
