Gurr Mint Sharbat
Serves 6-8

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Gur (Jaggery) 150g
-Water Cup
-Tukhme balanga (Basil seeds) 1-2 tbs
-Water 1 litre
-Lemon juice 3-4 tbs
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Podina (Mint leaves) 15-18
-Ice cubes

Directions:
-Coarsely chop jaggery with the help of knife & set side.
-In small jug,add water and basil seeds,mix well and let it soak for 8-10 minutes & set aside.
-In blender jug,add water,jaggery,lemon juice,salt,mint leaves & blend well.
-In serving jug,add ice cubes,soaked basil seeds and gur mint sharbat,lemon slices,stir & serve!

Ajza:
-Gur (Jaggery) 150g
-Water Cup
-Tukhme balanga (Basil seeds) 1-2 tbs
-Water 1 litre
-Lemon juice 3-4 tbs
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Podina (Mint leaves) 15-18
-Ice cubes

Directions:
-Gur ko knife ki madad sa coarsely chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Chotay jug mein pani aur tukhme balanga dal ker mix karein aur 8-10 minutes soak ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Blender jug mein pani,gur,lemon juice,namak aur podina dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Serving jug ice cubes,soaked tukh malanga,gur mint sharbat aur lemon slices dal ker mix ker lein & serve karein!
