Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Makhan (Butter) melted 180g
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 270g
-Anday (Eggs) 3 (room temperature)
-Green gel food color tsp
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 120g
-Cocoa powder 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) tsp
-Baking powder tsp
-Chocolate chips white Cup
-Cream cheese 140g
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 50g
-Cream Cup
-Vanilla essence tsp
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) 1
-Lemon juice 2 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tsp

Directions:
-In a bowl,add butter,sugar & whisk well.
-Add eggs & whisk until well combined.
-Add green gel food color,vanilla essence & whisk well.
-On a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,salt,baking powder & sift together then whisk until well combined.
-Add white chocolate chips & fold gently.
-Pour prepared better to a 10 x 10 inch greased baking pan lined with butter paper,spread evenly & tap few times & set aside.
-In a bowl,add cream cheese,sugar,cream,vanilla essence,egg yolk,lemon juice,all-purpose flour & whisk until well combined.
-Add cream cheese topping on brownie batter & make swirls with the help of knife.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 25 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Let it cool completely.
-Remove brownie from baking pan,cut into pieces & serve!

-Anday dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Green gel food color aur vanilla essence & dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Bowl per sifter rakh dein,maida,cocoa powder,namak aur baking powder dal ker ek saath sift ker lein phir ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-White chocolate chips dal ker gently fold ker lein.
-10 x 10-inch greased baking pan (lined with butter paper) mein tayyar batter dal ker evenly pheela lein aur few times tap karein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein cream cheese,cheeni,cream,vanilla essence,anday ki zardi,lemon juice aur maida dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Cream cheese topping ko brownie batter ka upper dal dein aur knife ki madad sa swirls bana lein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 25 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Thada ker lein.
-Brownie ko baking tray sa nikal lein aur pieces mien cut ker ka serve karein!
