If you were looking for something to spice up your taste buds, here's a chicken recipe flavoured with loads of green chillies! GREEN CHILLI CHICKENIngredientsRice soaked400 grams boneless chicken leg, cut into 1½ inch piecesSalt to taste 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)2 green chillies, slit ½ teaspoon turmeric powder½ teaspoon cumin powder1 teaspoon coriander powder1 teaspoon garam masala powder Green chilli for garnishingFresh coriander sprig for garnishingGreen chilli paste ½ medium bunch fresh coriander leaves 3-4 green chillies6-7 garlic cloves ½ inch ginger, roughly chopped1 medium onion, roughly choppedMethod1. To prepare green chilli paste, grind together garlic cloves, ginger, onion, green chillies and coriander leaves alongwith some water into smooth and semi-thick paste.2. Put chicken pieces in a bowl. Add salt and green chilli paste and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 30-45 minutes.3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté till it changes colour. Add green chillies and sauté for 30 seconds. 4. Add turmeric powder and sauté for 30 seconds. Add cumin powder, coriander powder and sauté for 30 seconds. 5. Add marinated chicken pieces, mix and cook for 2 minutes. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes. 6. Add garam masala powder and adjust salt, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. 7.
