Fill the glass with ice and add very cold water. Stir together and squeeze some lemon juice into the glass. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve cold.The Iced Malotira:Add the water and malotira flowers (tea) to a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and steep for 10 minutes.Strain the tea and sweeten it with honey. Mix together and allow to cool to room temperature.Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the tea over the ice. Garnish with lemon wedges and some lemon juice. Serve cold.For the Iced Greek Coffee:Prepare a cup of Greek coffee and set aside to cool to room temperature.Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the coffee over the ice and add milk. Top with whipped cream and garnish with cocoa powder, cinnamon, and/or ground cardamom.
