3 Greek Refreshing Summertime Drinks

Ingredients
For the Cherry Vyssinatha:

cherry syrup from preserves
ice cubes
lemons
iced water
For the Iced Malotira:

3 g malotira tea
1 and 1/2 cups water
honey to taste
lemon
ice
optional: ginger slices or candied ginger pieces
For the Iced Greek Coffee:

1 small cup (4-6 oz) prepared Greek coffee
milk, to taste
ice cubes
homemade whipped cream
Optional: ground cardamom, cocoa powder, cinnamon
Instructions
The Cherry Vyssinatha:

Pour the desired amount of cherry syrup into a glass. Fill the glass with ice and add very cold water. Stir together and squeeze some lemon juice into the glass. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve cold.

The Iced Malotira:

Add the water and malotira flowers (tea) to a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and steep for 10 minutes.

Strain the tea and sweeten it with honey. Mix together and allow to cool to room temperature.

Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the tea over the ice. Garnish with lemon wedges and some lemon juice. Serve cold.

For the Iced Greek Coffee:

Prepare a cup of Greek coffee and set aside to cool to room temperature.

Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the coffee over the ice and add milk. Top with whipped cream and garnish with cocoa powder, cinnamon, and/or ground cardamom. Serve cold.
