GREEK FRAPPE RECIPE
1 Serving

INGREDIENTS
-1.5 tbl Nescafe classic instant coffee
-1 tbl sugar or more to your taste
-water
-ice

optional:
-Evaporated milk or cream

Tools
Frappe shaker (could be cocktail shaker or electric milk frother)
tall glasses
Tablespoon
straw

Method
-Add coffee to a shaker or cup
-Now add sugar and enough water to cover both
-Shake vigorously for 15 - 30 seconds, the drink will become airy and foamy
-Pour into a tall glass
-Add ice cubes to the glass
-Add a bit more water into the shaker and shake to get out the rest of the coffee. Pour into your glass.
-Optionally, fill up the rest of the glass with milk or cream
-Serve immediately
