Greek Dolmades, Stuffed vine leaves - Greek Cooking by Katerina

For the dolmades: 250gr vine leaves, 1/2 kg ground beef, 1/2 cup of medium grain rice, 1 grated big onion, 1 clove of garlic, 1 handful of chopped dill, 1handfull spearmint, the juice of 1 lemon, 1 egg, olive oil, salt and pepper.
For the avgolemono (egg and lemon sauce): 2 eggs, the juice of 1 lemon, 1 cup of the water we cooked the dolmathes in, salt and pepper.
