Greasy Raw Food Recipe!

Yep! I've accidentally figured out how to make "greasy" raw food that is actually healthy! I pretty much took the spinach quiche filling from that recent recipe we made, which contained pine nuts and cashews, and I wrapped it in a coconut Pure Wrap. I put it in the dehydrator for 12 hours just like the spinach quiche and voila...! Raw food that is dripping with grease (healthy oils ;-) and is actually healthy! It almost feels like it shouldn't be allowed on a raw food diet, lol... I think the key to getting the "greasy" effect is the Pure Wrap, but it also may have to do with the pine nuts...I'm not sure. Regardless, I'm sure the filling for these decadent wraps can be altered to make it just the way you like!
