Yep! I've accidentally figured out how to make "greasy" raw food that is actually healthy! I pretty much took the spinach quiche filling from that recent recipe we made, which contained pine nuts and cashews, and I wrapped it in a coconut Pure Wrap. I put it in the dehydrator for 12 hours just like the spinach quiche and voila...! Raw food that is dripping with grease (healthy oils ;-) and is actually healthy! It almost feels like it shouldn't be allowed on a raw food diet, lol... I think the key to getting the "greasy" effect is the Pure Wrap, but it also may have to do with the pine nuts...I'm not sure.
