GRAPES AND WALNUT RAITA

Ingredients

2 cups yogurt, whisked
15-20 red grapes, halved and seeded
¼ cup finely chopped California Walnuts
8-10 fresh mint leaves
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp castor sugar
½ tsp red chilli powder
Fresh mint sprig for garnishing

Method

1. Chop grapes and put in a bowl. Add California Walnuts, torn mint leaves, cumin powder, salt, castor sugar and chilli powder and mix well.
2. Add yogurt and mix well. Refrigerate.
3. Serve chilled garnished with a mint sprig.
