One of my favorites! Simple, light, and soo delicious! This dressing is so versatile it works on everything from salads, dressing plain tofu to drizzling on an Asian inspired bowl! RECIPE (Makes 3-4 servings) 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp dijon mustard1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup1 tsp sesame oil3-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1. Combine all the ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously until well combined. 2. Taste, adjust to your liking. 3. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate. Should be good for 2-3 days. Enjoy!
