Grace's Japanese Style Dressing | Graces Japanese Cooking

One of my favorites! Simple, light, and soo delicious! This dressing is so versatile it works on everything from salads, dressing plain tofu to drizzling on an Asian inspired bowl!

RECIPE (Makes 3-4 servings)

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dijon mustard
1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp sesame oil
3-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1. Combine all the ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously until well combined.
2. Taste, adjust to your liking.
3. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate. Should be good for 2-3 days.
