Gobi Paratha Recipe | Stuffed Indian Bread Recipe | Kanak's Kitchen

Hello foodies, today I'm going to share this very popular north indian flat bread or Punjabi paratha recipe which is called Gobi Paratha. A very delicious and popular Indian whole-wheat flatbread stuffed with a tasty cauliflower filling.

INGREDIENTS:-
DOUGH:
2 cups wheat flour
Salt to taste
1 tbsp ghee/oil
Water to knead

STUFFING:
1 medium size cauliflower grated
1/2 tsp cumin seeds/jeera
1/4 tsp carom seeds/ajwain
2 green chillies finely chopped
1 tbsp grated/chopped ginger
Salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice/amchoor powder
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 potato boiled & mashed
Some fresh coriander
Oil/butter as required
