Ginger Scallion Lobster (葱姜龙虾) | The Chinese Cuisine

Large pieces of fresh, shell-on lobster cooked with aromatic ginger and green onions for a flavorful dish.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 live/fresh lobsters 龙虾
- 1 stalk green onion 葱
- Several slices ginger 姜
- 20 ml cooking wine 料酒
- 2 tsp sugar 糖
- Cornstarch (as needed) 淀粉
- Light olive oil or other cooking oil (as needed) 油

DIRECTIONS:
1. After having prepared the lobster, coat the pieces evenly in corn starch
2. Add oil to pan on medium heat
3. Fry ginger slices in oil until golden brown
4. Dump in lobster pieces and stir-fry
5. Add in chopped green onions, sugar, and cooking wine
6. Stir fry again, for a total of 8-10 minutes
7. Serve and enjoy!

1. 龙虾外面裹一层淀粉
2. 热锅凉油
3. 炸姜片
4. 龙虾进锅煸炒
5. 加葱、糖、料酒
6. 一共煸炒8到10分钟
