Ginger Green Beans (姜汁豆角) | The Chinese Cuisine

This cool, refreshing dish packs a spicy kick from fresh ginger juice. It is also extremely easy to cook!

INGREDIENTS:
- 250 g green beans 豆角
- 5 ml sesame oil 香油
- 3 g salt 盐
- 20 ml rice vinegar 米醋
- 15 ml ginger juice 鲜榨姜汁
- 5 g sugar 糖

DIRECTIONS:
1. boil the green beans until bright green and slightly tender
2. drain and rinse green beans in cold water
3. add in sugar, salt, ginger juice, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. mix well.
4. place in fridge for ten minutes
5. remove from bowl. serve and enjoy!

1. 豆角煮熟(微软)
2. 豆角煮完后过冷水
3. 加入糖、盐、姜汁、米醋、香油。和韵。
4. 冰箱里放十分钟
5. 尽情享用!
