Also, Happy Diwali!Ingredients:Rava Kesari/ Sheera- 1 cupFor dough:Maida/ Refined flour- 1 cupKhus Khus- 1 tbspRava- 1.5 tbspGhee/ Oil- 1 tbspWater- to make doughOil- for deep fryingMethod:1. Dry roast the khus khus till it becomes golden brown.2. Mix refined flour, rava, roasted khus khus and add water slowly to make a dough.3. Add little oil or ghee when the dough starts coming together.4. Cover the dough and rest for 10-15 minutes.5. Make small roundles and roll it out into small rotis.6. Place the sheera/rava kesari on the rotis and seal it in a crescent shape.7.
