General Cho Tofu aka Korean Fried Spicy Tofu ()

This is one of the popular banchan (side dishe) at my restaurant. It's also kid's favorite banchan so make sure to give this a try~ Hope y'all enjoy it! =)

Cho Sauce:
2T - Gochujang aka Pepper Paste
4T - Ketchup
1T - Soy Sauce
1T - Garlic
2T - Sugar
4T - Corn Syrup

Batter:
1 Cup - Potato Starch
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
