Ingredients:-
150 gms. Wheat, soaked overnight
2 tbsp. Ghee
1 cup Water
100 gms. Jaggery
1 cup Coconut, sliced
1 cup Cashews and Raisins
1 tsp. Cardamom Powder
500ml. Milk, boiled and cooled down to room temperature

Method:-
- Grind the soaked wheat coarsely.
- In a kadhai heat ghee and saute the ground wheat in it.
- Add water and stir well making sure no lumps remain.
- Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Now add jaggery, coconut, cashews and raisins, cardamom powder and mix well until jaggery melts.
- Add milk and stir continuously.
- Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes while boiling.
- Garnish with sliced almonds and serve.

Wheat Pudding is ready!
