Garlic bread in the making today.
Imagine eating delicious butter garlic bread even in lockdown period when food from restaurants/bakeries are hard to get and not preferred by many. Watch this video for an easy recipe of delicious garlic bread. You can have it with pasta or enjoy it as a whole.

Ingredients:
Melted butter
1 tbsp milk powder
1 tbs Herbs
1 Cup of flour
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbs chopped Coriander leaves
1 tbsp dry yeast
1/4 cup Lukewarm water
1 tsp sugar

Method:
1. Add yeast into bowl, add sugar, add some lukewarm water and mix it well, leave it for 10 minutes.
2. Add milk powder, salt and oregano into flour, some chopped garlic and add activated yeast mixture into this, and mix it properly and kneed the dough with help of some more lukewarm water. 3. Add some oil on the top of the dough, leave it for 1 hour to proof.
4. Add the mixture of butter, coriander leaves and garlic on the prepared bread, now top it with some more mixture and oregano and put it in oven to bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
