Gajrela Recipe Ingredients:Almonds PistachioMilk 1 mlWater 1 cupSugar 1 cupDry milk 1 cupCrush Carrot 1 kgBoiled rice 1 cupFresh cream 1 cupGreen cardamom 1.5 tspRecipe:Take a cooking pan & cook crushed carrots with water.Saute for few minutes & add milk, boiled rice, sugar, dry milk & cardamom.Cook for 2 hrs approximately, while stiring in between & adding almonds with pistachios.Switch off the flame & add fresh cream in it.Cool your kajrela and serve in bowls, garnished with more almonds & pistachios.
