Gajrela Recipe

Ingredients:

Almonds
Pistachio
Milk 1 ml
Water 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Dry milk 1 cup
Crush Carrot 1 kg
Boiled rice 1 cup
Fresh cream 1 cup
Green cardamom 1.5 tsp

Recipe:

Take a cooking pan & cook crushed carrots with water.
Saute for few minutes & add milk, boiled rice, sugar, dry milk & cardamom.
Cook for 2 hrs approximately, while stiring in between & adding almonds with pistachios.
Switch off the flame & add fresh cream in it.
Cool your kajrela and serve in bowls, garnished with more almonds & pistachios.
