Serves 12-15
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Gajar (Carrots) washed & peeled 2 kg
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 3-4 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 2 & Cups
-Sugar 1 & Cup or to taste
-Ghee (Clarified butter) Cup
-Badam (Almonds) sliced 3 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 3 tbs
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) tsp
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tsp
-Khoya 150g
-Cream 4 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Dried rose

Directions:
-Grate carrots with the help of the grater & set aside.
-In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add grated carrots,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-In a wok,add milk & mix well,bring it to boil & cook on medium flame until milk is reduced (8-10 minutes).
-Add sugar,mix well & cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.
-In a saucepan,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add almonds,pistachios & fry on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-In a wok,add fried nuts with ghee & mix well.
-Add cardamom powder,mix well & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add khoya & cream,mix well & cook on low flame until it melts (4-5 minutes).
-In a serving glass,add prepared gajar halwa,creamy khoya & garnish with pistachios,dried rose & serve!

Ajza:

-Gajar ko grater ki madad sa grate ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Grated gajar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Karahi mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad darmiyani ancch per doodh reduced reh janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).
-Cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Saucepan mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Badam aur pista dal dein aur 2-3 minutes kliya fry ker lein.
-Karahi mein fried nuts ghee ka saath dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Khoya aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per melt ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
-Serving glass mein tayyar gajar halwa aur creamy khoya dal dein,pista aur dried rose sa garnish ker ka serve!
