Fusion Riced Cauliflower with Shredded carrots & kale.

Rice Cauliflower with kale & carrots in sesame oil & Tamari sauce


Ingredients:
1 Bag of riced cauliflower
1 Small bunch of Dinosaur Kale (remove the stem and dice small)

1/2 bunch Cilantro chopped
1/2 Parsley chopped
2 Medium Carrots shredded
2 Green onions chopped
1/4 inch Ginger grated

3 Tbsp Tamari (gluten free sauce)
1 Tbsp Sesame oil
2 Tbsp Avocado oil
Prep
First saute kale & carrots with avocado oil till it becomes tender. Then add cauliflower, sesame oil, herbs and green onion and keep stirring for few minutes on medium flame till all mixture feels more tender.
At this point you can consider the dish ready,or let it steam covered for five more minutes.
Just make sure not to overcook it.It should not be mushy.
