Rice Cauliflower with kale & carrots in sesame oil & Tamari sauceIngredients:1 Bag of riced cauliflower1 Small bunch of Dinosaur Kale (remove the stem and dice small)1/2 bunch Cilantro chopped1/2 Parsley chopped2 Medium Carrots shredded2 Green onions chopped1/4 inch Ginger grated3 Tbsp Tamari (gluten free sauce)1 Tbsp Sesame oil2 Tbsp Avocado oilPrepFirst saute kale & carrots with avocado oil till it becomes tender.
