Give them a try and you will love them. #HappyCookingToyou Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/30WgvmqVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Fried Rice 3-ways Recipe in English:Ingredients:Boil Rice:-Chawal (Rice) Basmati ½ kg-Pani (Water) as required-Pani (Water) 1 litre-Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-Laung (Cloves) 4-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2-Tez paat (Bay leaf) 1-Namak (Salt) 1 tbs-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbsChicken Fried Rice:-Chicken boneless cubes 200 gms-Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste-Garam masala powder ½ tsp-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste-Oil ¼ Cup-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp-Sabut kali mirch (Black pepper corns) 11-12-Laung (Cloves) 3-Podina (Mint leaves) chopped ¼ Cup-Chawal (Rice) boiled 2 CupsEgg & Red beans Fried Rice:-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful-Podina (Mint leaves) handful-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 2-3-Oil 2 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp-Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1-Laung (Cloves) 4-Sabut kali mirch (Black pepper corns) 7-8-Red kidney beans boiled ¼ Cup-Matar (Peas) boiled ¼ Cup-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & cubes 3 tbs-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste-Garam masala powder ½ tsp-Anday (Eggs) boiled 2-Chawal (Rice) boiled 2 CupsVegetable Fried Rice:-Oil 2 tbs-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp-Aloo (Potato) cubes ½ Cup-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small-Timatar (Tomato) deseeded & cubes 3 tbs-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes ¼ Cup-Gajar (Carrot) cubes ¼ Cup-Corns ¼ Cup-Paprika powder ½ tsp-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp-Garam masala powder ½ tsp-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste-Chawal (Rice) boiled 2 CupsDirections:Boil Rice:-In bowl,add rice and water,soaked for 30 minutes,then drain water & set aside.-In pot,add water & heat it,add star anise,green cardamom,cloves,cinnamon sticks,bay leaf,salt and bring it to boil,cover & cook for 1 minute,remove and discard whole all spices.-Add soaked rice and mix well,add vinegar and cook rice until done,strain & set aside.Chicken Fried Rice:-In chicken boneless cubes,add yogurt,ginger garlic paste,red chili powder,garam masala powder, turmeric powder and salt,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.-In wok,add oil,onion and mix well.-Add cumin seeds,black pepper corns,cloves and mix well,fry until onion are translucent.-Add marinated chicken,mix well & cook for 3 minutes.-Add mint leaves & mix well,cover & cook for 2 minutes then cook on high flame until water dries up.-Add boiled rice,mix well for 2-3 minutes & serve.Egg & Red beans Fried Rice:-In blender,add fresh coriander,mint leaves,green chilies and blend well.-In wok,add oil,onion and fry until translucent.-Add cumin seeds,cinnamon stick,cloves and black pepper corns and mix well.-Add red kidney beans,peas,tomato,blended greens,salt,garam masala powder & mix well.-Add boiled eggs & give it a good mix. -Add boiled rice,mix well for 2-3 minutes & serve.Vegetable Fried Rice:-In wok,add oil,cumin seeds and mix well,add potatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes.-Add onion & mix well,add tomato,capsicum,carrot,corns,paprika powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,ginger garlic paste and salt,mix well and cook for or 2-3 minutes.-Add boiled rice and mix well for 2-3 minutes & serve.-You can also use leftover rice.Recipe in Urdu:Directions:Boil Rice:-Bowl mein chawal aur pani dal ker 30 minutes kliya bheego dein phir pani nikal dein aur side per rakh dein.-Pot mein pani dal ker garam karein,badiyan ka phool,hari elaichi,laung,darchini,tez paat aur namak dal ker ubal lein aur dhak ker 1 minute kliya paka len phir sabut garam masala ko nikal ker pheek dein.-Bheegay hoya chawal ker mix karein aur sirak dal ker chawal ubal lein or strain ker ka side per rakh dein.Chicken Fried Rice:-Chicken boneless cubes mein dahi,adrak lehsan paste,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder,haldee powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.-Karhai mein oil aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker len.-Zeera,sabut kali mirch or laung dal ker ache tarha mix karein or translucent hunay tak fry ker lein.-Marinated chicken dal ker ache tarha mix karein aur 3 minutes kliya paka lein.-Podina dal ker ache tarha mix karein aur dhak ker 2 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per pani sukh janay tak paka len.-Boiled chawal shamil karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya ache tarha mix karein or serve karein.
