Fruit Chaat is a popular street food in north india which is made with chaat masala, which brings a warm and spicy heat to the juicy fruit!FRUIT CHAATIngredients 1 medium raw banana1 medium red apple ½ small watermelon, peeled, deseeded and cut into 1 inch pieces½ medium papaya, peeled, deseeded and cut into 1 inch pieces2 medium kiwis, peeled and cut into 1 inch piecesOil for deep-frying1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder + for sprinkling2 tablespoons green chutney 2 tablespoons date-tamarind chutney 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves Sev for garnishingFresh coriander leaves for garnishingMethod1. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. 2. Trim the ends, peel and cut raw banana into ½ inch small pieces. 3. Put the raw banana pieces in hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 4. Deseed and cut red apple into small pieces. Transfer in a bowl.5. Add watermelon, papaya, kiwi to chopped apple and mix. Add cumin powder, chaat masala and mix well. 6. Drain fried raw banana pieces, add to fruit mixture alongwith green chutney, date-tamarind chutney and chopped coriander leaves and mix well. 7. Put fruit chaat in a serving bowl.
