Fried Rice | Veg fried rice recipe by Cooking with Asifa - CWA
Ingredients:
Salt
Eggs 2
Carrot 2
Oil 150 ml
Capsicum 1
Cauliflower 1
Soya sauce 3 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Chinese salt 1 tsp
Basmati boiled rice 500 g
chicken breast shredded 1

Recipe:
First of all, cut your vegetable into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan , cook beat egg and add chicken in it.
Add carrots and saute.
Add capsicum, cauliflower & saute.
Don't overcook your veggies.
Add black pepper, salt, soya sauce & Chinese salt; keep mixing.
Cook for 5 mins & add boiled rice; mix them.
Dish out your fried rice.
