Ingredients:Œ
Pomfret Fish - 5 No.s
Oil for Deep Frying
Eggs - 2
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 Tsp.
Coriander Powder - 1/2 Tsp.
Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp.
Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp.
Salt To Taste
Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp.
Vinegar
Tasting Salt - 1/2 Tsp. (Optional)
Corn Powder - 1 Cup
Red Food Color - 1 Pinch
Tomato Sauce - 1 Tsp.
Chilli Sauce -1 Tsp.

Method:
1. First take a bowl and beat two eggs into it. Add Half Tea Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste, Half Tea Spoon Coriander Powder, 1 Tsp. Red Chilli Powder, Half Tea Spoon Garam Masala, Salt to Taste, 1 Tsp. Lemon Juice, Vinegar, Half Tea Spoon Tasting Salt, 1 Cup of Corn Powder and a pinch of Red Food Color to it and mix it as a thick batter.

2. Add 1 Tsp. Tomato Sauce, 1 Tsp. Chilli Sauce to it and mix it well. Your batter is ready.

3. Simply dip the pomfret fish in to the batter all the way around and fry it in the oil.
