FRIED CHICKENIngredients4 chicken breasts cut into 2 pieces1 teaspoon smoked paprika1 teaspoon onion powder1½ teaspoons garlic powder1 tablespoon lemon juiceSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to taste3 tablespoons refined flour1 cup buttermilk1 cup crushed cornflakesOlive oil for brushing2-3 iceberg lettuce leavesMethod1. Preheat an air fryer at 180º C.2. Take chicken pieces in a bowl. Add paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.3. Take flour in another bowl and coat each marinated chicken piece with it. 4. Take buttermilk and cornflakes in different bowls.5. Dip each chicken piece in buttermilk and coat with cornflakes. 6. Place the prepared chicken pieces into the preheated air fryer, brush some olive oil and air fry for 15-18 minutes.7. Roughly shred the iceberg lettuce leaves and spread them on a serving platter.8.
