Ingredients:
For Preparing Flax Seed Chutney:
- 1 cup Javas (Flax Seeds)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- Sprig Of Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Oil
- 10-15 Garlic Cloves
- Salt
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida

For Preparing Karal Chutney:
- 1 cup Niger Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Dried Coconut (grated)
- Sprig of Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Oil
- 4-5 Dried Red Chillies
- 15-20 Garlic Cloves
- Salt
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida

For Preparing Sesame Seeds Chutney:
- 1 cup Sesame Seeds
- 4-5 Dried Red Chillies
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 15-20 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- Salt

For Preparing Coconut Chutney:
- 1 cup Dried Coconut (chopped)
- 25-30 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 8-10 Dried Red Chillies
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
'- Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 10-12 Curry Leaves (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
