Ingredients:

1. All Purpose Flour - 4 Cups
2. Salt - 1/4 tbsp
3. Melted Butter - 1/4 Cup
4. Water - 1 & 3/4 Cups
5. Butter 400 gm (At room temp)

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients (#5 i.e. except the whole butter) and knead the dough using a food processor or hands.
2. Cover the dough with a soft cloth and refridegerate it for 15 to 20 mins.
3. In the meantime take the butter and roll it into a sheet by placing it between two wax paper sheet and rollng with a roller pin.
4. Freeze the butter sheet for 15 to 20 mins.
5. Now take the dough and roll it
6. Place the freezed butter block on the dough and fold the edges of dough over the butter and start rolling
7. Repeat the "Roll and fold" process several times (recommended 6 to 7 times)
8. The fold and roll will determine the flaky layers in the puff pastry
9. Buttery & Flaky Puff Pastry is ready to use
10. Bake your favourite puff pastry filling it with your choice of stuffing or just freeze it for future use.

You can use the frozen puff pastry for about 2 -3 months.
