Fajita Kachori Recipe in English:

Ingredients for filling:
K&N’s Fajita Topping as required
Mozzarella cheese as required
Oil 1 tbsp
Capsicum (chopped) 1/4 cup
Onion (chopped) 1/4 cup
Green chilies 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Kachori Dough Ingredients:
Flour 2 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Carom seeds 1/4 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Water as required
Directions of kachori dough:
1. In a bowl add all-purpose flour, salt, carom seeds, oil and mix it well.
2. Gradually add water and knead medium soft dough. Rest it for 30 minutes.
Assembling:
1. In a pan heat oil, add capsicum, onion, green chilies and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Then add K&N’s Fajita topping in it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.
3. Divide the prepared kachori dough into two equal parts.
4. Take one ball, flat it, brush with ghee and sprinkle flour in center.
5. Fold it half way to center, brush ghee and sprinkle flour on top again. Repeat the same process.
6. Lastly fold it in a book shape, roll it out again and cut rectangular shapes.
7. Take one piece, top it with prepared K&N’s Fajita topping, mozzarella cheese and seal it like a ball again.
8. Gently pat the kachori using a rolling pin or hands and deep fry in hot oil.
9. Fry on medium low flame until golden brown from both sides.
10. Serve fresh fajita kachori with ketchup and chili garlic sauce.

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serving: 5-6
