FAIL! Lobster Takikomi Gohan - Behind the Scenes | Hiroyuki Terada - Diaries of a Master Sushi Chef

This dish was first attempted in a rice cooker I usually use to make sushi rice. When I filled it with the ingredients to make this dish, it failed as the rice cooker didn't properly cook the entire items including the lobster. I needed to do it once again to get it right.
