Kemenya roti is a unfermented, deep fried bread made out of pounded rice, made in #Nagaland. The rice is soaked overnight, drained and then pounded. It is then seasoned with salt. A small lump of the pounded rice is placed between a plastic film that is lightly oiled and the bread is pressed and flattened. It is then deep fried. It is generally eaten as a snack by dusting it with some powdered sugar, however it can be eaten with local #Naga #Pickles as well. #TravelWithKunal #ExploreNagaland
